These terms will apply to any order for Mimir Minerals hardware or software. Today, requests submitted through this site (such as registering interest in an evaluation) are enquiries only — they do not create a contract of sale.

A binding order will only exist once Mimir Minerals issues a written order confirmation setting out price, specification, delivery and payment terms, signed or otherwise accepted by both parties.

Pricing is confirmed on a case-by-case basis following the qualification steps described on the relevant product page. Applicable sales tax, VAT and duties are to be confirmed by finance and counsel before publication.

Certain products may be subject to export control or import restrictions depending on destination. Orders are conditional on export/jurisdiction clearance. Detailed terms to be confirmed.

Delivery lead-times vary by region and are confirmed individually during qualification. Detailed shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy (to be published following commercial approval).

Cancellation, change and payment-term provisions are to be confirmed by counsel and finance before publication.
