This page will describe how faults are handled and what warranty cover applies to Mimir hardware. As enterprise field equipment, warranty terms are expected to be confirmed per order rather than as a general consumer-style policy.

The equipment, defect, and time-period coverage for any supplied hardware is to be confirmed by the technical and commercial owners before publication.
02 —
Exclusions (e.g. wear parts, misuse, unauthorised modification, damage from incompatible rig configurations) are to be confirmed before publication.
03 —
The process for raising a fault or warranty claim, including required evidence and response times, is to be confirmed before publication.
04 —
As field/industrial equipment supplied against a confirmed order, standard consumer-style returns are not expected to apply. Return conditions, if any, are to be agreed per order and confirmed here once approved.
